Project Brief

Room Booking System aims to optimize electricity resource usage on XLSmart Tower by activating meeting rooms electricity only when it is being used. With this system, users can easily book meeting rooms through a web interface, and the system will automatically manage the electricity usage based on the booking status. A PIN-based check-in system is implemented to ensure that only authorized users can access the rooms. Additionally, the system provides approval and cancellation features for facility operation managers, allowing them to manage bookings effectively.
